This place was once a great city with a lot of people who had dreams and hopes, and I'd bet my life that almost all of 'em would have succeeded, if they had been left alone, that is. See, as great as this city once was, the government decided that a lot of the people here were beginning to get "TOO" promising, so they decided to try out a new type of government. Oh yeah, no more democracy kids, this place was now under the government called "Secludism". And right now I'm guessing your a bit confused on what that actually means.
